He brings over 30 years of international sales and management leadership experience with global Fortune 100 companies and his own successful consulting firm. He is a strong advocate of applying and sustaining advanced business development skills to impact business results, and has a passion for transferring state-of-the-art critical thinking and client-interfacing skills to others who operate in complex business ecosystems and decision-making environments.
Mr. Krempa’s business development track record of increased revenue growth, improved productivity and profitability spans twenty-plus years of successful consulting engagements with companies such as: ATT, Bell Labs, Alcatel-Lucent, Boeing, Bell Canada, Comsat, Dow Chemical, General Electric, Honeywell,
Hoffman-LaRoche, Metropolitan Life Insurance, Novartis and Steelcase.
Mr.Krempa’s international experience throughout Europe, the Middle East, Asia Pacific and Latin America has been honed specifically through engagements with The Wharton School/University of Pennsylvania/Aresty Institute of Executive Education as well as Dow Chemical's, Steelcase's, Alcatel-Lucent's and General Electric’s international operations. Additionally, Mr. Krempa’s organization has provided management and leadership expertise to the International Monetary Fund.
Mr. Krempa’s business experience prior to consulting ranges from global marketing and product management of financial modeling software through sales management of the New York financial district with an application service provider ... to sales/marketing management of inertial guidance and navigation systems with a major electronics/components manufacturer.
Mr. Krempa is an astute strategist whose innovative management, development and simulation facilitations have strengthened organizations and enhance their competitive edge. His programs are as diverse as the industries they involve ranging from diversified manufacturing, institutional benefits providers, telecommunications and supply chain management through cutting-edge leadership development to the infusion of “consultative selling” as a business cultural.
